The starting point for excursions and marked hiking trails is the information centre at the Air Base Park Soesterberg.
In the hall of the National Military Museum (NMM) is the information centre for the Air Base Soesterberg and the Utrecht Ridge. The information centre gives up the secrets of Air Base Park Soesterberg. Open from Tuesday to Sunday 10.00-17.00. During holidays also open on Mondays. Entrance to the information centre is free.
The park is freely accesible to everybody every day between sunrise and sunset. The runway is shut tot he public during the breeding season (15th March until 15th August). Dogs are not permitted into Air Base Park Soesterberg, even if they are on a lead.
